South-East Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week (additional hours as necessary)
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be required to monitor, maintain, manufacture and repair for all plant equipment as necessary. Preventative servicing and breakdown maintenance will be required to be performed in this role. You will be required to perform a hands-on role whilst managing contractors, organising onsite and offsite work as communicated through the Head of Operations or any delegated party.

Ensure duty of care obligations are met and that your conduct in the workplace occurs in a safe manner at all times.
Participate in training to obtain the appropriate skills and experience to safely and competently perform role.
Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
All Hazards, Near Miss and incident needs to be reported to your one up Manager/Supervisor.
Management of all maintenance activities in the area outlined by the Head of Operations.
Maintaining plant and equipment to legislative requirements and Australian Standards.
Working in accordance with procedures and work order processes.
Maintain a maintenance log, schedule and daily log reporting all activities
Consistent monitoring of machinery and plant equipment
All repairs and servicing of machinery and plant equipment
Liaising with the site supervisor, suppliers, team leaders, customer service and managers
Fabricating equipment and parts necessary for maintenance
Operating mobile equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Working in conjunction with other maintenance employees.
Engaging and liaising with suppliers and contractors to perform work.
Management of repairs and maintenance spend budgets.
Inspection and review of new plant and equipment and/or purchases.
Maintaining machinery and equipment through servicing and preventative maintenance
Fabricating parts/equipment as necessary or requested
Communicating with suppliers, site supervisor, team leaders and managers
manager to ensure the most beneficial outcome
Performing frequent checks on machinery and plant equipment
Decommissioning and commissioning of equipment
